Our client needed a brand refresh to better reflect their evolving business values and consolidate all of their sub-brands.
As one of the largest cured meat distributors in the U.S., Village Gourmet sought to create a new brand that would unify their specialty producers. The brand needed to reflect their hands-on approach, passion for quality food, and strong presence and reputation in the meat industry.
Result
The newly developed branding combines traditional and modern fonts, capturing Village Gourmet's tribute to classic American deli culture while adding a contemporary twist.
The hand-drawn elements create a gentle, approachable feel, reinforcing the ‘family-owned’ message. The warm orange and green color palette evokes autumn hues, reminiscent of rustic barns, farmland, and open pastures.
Following the re-brand, we also produced Village Gourmet’s brand guidelines and website.
